The Cleaning Process

Once your rug arrives at our warehouse it is inspected to determine the best cleaning option to suit your type dirt or stains. It is then vacuumed with a rotary brush cleaner to lift the pile and loosen in ground dirt.
The next step is to spot clean any major stains and marks with a natural orange spot cleaning formula. Once this has been done this area is then extracted with a specialized extraction machine.
Your rug is then either:
- Shampooed with a state of the art shampoo extractor, to clean the deep into pile.
- Dry cleaned using the best cleansers available.
The rugs are then hung to dry using a sophisticated drying process. This step could take 12 - 36 hours depending on the texture of your rug. Rugs are then vacuumed, disinfected, deodorised and then prepared for pick up or delivery in a specially designed calico bag.
You will then be contacted by our team to advise you your rug is ready to be picked up or arrange a deliver time to drop it back to you.
* Please note we may not be able to remove all stains but your rug will be clean, deodorised and hygenic.
